We are Tess and Marcos. We are the pairing of writing and design, concept and visual, ideation and execution, message and detail. With a combined 24 years of experience, we have dedicated our careers in creative companies to crafting unique creative work and leading creative collaborations. At Duo Duo, we are joining forces to build a collaborative studio that makes magic together.
During her career as VP of Creative, Tess led a team in translating organizational mission into dynamic strategies driving brand growth and audience engagement. She oversaw ideation, production, and execution of creative content across multiple channels. Her leadership fostered a culture of excellence, pushing boundaries and empowering teams towards transformational growth.
During his career as a copywriter and creative director for some of the biggest advertising agencies in the world, Marcos crafted and led campaigns for Honda, Kia Motors, Forbes, IBM, Coca-Cola, UNICEF, Nestle, Motorola, and many other brands. His ideas and concepts have been awarded 2x Gold, 2 x Bronze in the Cannes Lions Creativity Festival and many other accolades at D&AD, One Show, LIA and so on. In 2018, Marcos was selected to represent the US as a Young Lion in Cannes.
